The first four days I experienced tummy upset. However, after taking a 2 day break I resumed Nupeak and have since had no problems.

I've tried just about every collagen supplement there is and this one tastes great, has peptides and protein and significantly more collagen. Only thing I would say is as nice as it is the packaging seems excessive, if I could.opt for less I.would.but the product is great!
